3. No Account Required

4. No In-App Purchases or Ads

SweetSlot does not contain advertisements, in-app purchases, or subscription-based features. All content is available offline and completely free of charge.

5. Internet Usage

SweetSlot is designed for offline play. It does not require or perform any internet connectivity or background data transmissions. Should future updates include online features, these Terms will be revised accordingly.

6. Gameplay and User Conduct

SweetSlot features a fruit-matching mechanic based on fixed betting. Players wager a set amount per round to trigger a refresh of fruit icons. If matching icons align per game rules, a reward is granted based on the number of eliminations.

When playing the Game, you must not:

• Exploit bugs or manipulate game mechanics
• Use unauthorized automation tools or cheats
• Disrupt or interfere with the Game's normal operation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in SweetSlot — including but not limited to:

• The game’s name, UI, and branding
• All visual assets such as fruit icons and background design
• Game logic, source code, audio, and animations

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. We are not responsible for preserving or recovering local game data upon termination or uninstallation.

SweetSlot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Game will be error-free or continuously available
• Gameplay outcomes will always function as expected
• Local game progress will be preserved under all circumstances

Use of the Game is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to:
